We closed on our home in May and brought in our own lender which made things quite smooth. The title company was another story, but we got it all done. We had asked the builder to cover all the closing costs and they were happy to do so. This made it so much easier and more affordable so we were able to make it all work. We had a few issues and Mike himself came out to the house and addressed them personally. He was quick to have the items fixed. The house was already built and there are a few things we are changing only because they are not exactly what we want but that comes with owning a home. MJ Newall stands by their products and have always done right by us. We recommend them to others all the time.

We were looking to get a home for a long time. Once, we spent time by bonita springs and going around looking for options we came to Labelle and find two companies that we tried as options. One of them was MJ Newell homes. After we ask for information time passed and one day we received a call from the construction company and it was Mrs Mariely Gonzalez, we came to see her and we started with the process on Sept of 2022. It took a year and 2 months to get our new brand home.
